Brooklyn Teen Challenge School of Ministry (BTCSM) is committed to transforming the church one leader at a time. We believe that the training experience isn't purely academic, or spiritual, or one specific thing. It's about the entire person.
"Healthy leaders lead healthy ministries that make healthy people."
If you're a Teen Challenge graduate and you're interested in investing a year of your life to grow in the knowledge AND life Christ has for you in the greatest city on the planet...we'd love to hear from you.
Pastor Will Kitchen is the Founder/Director of Brooklyn Teen Challenge School of Ministry. He has served in full-time ministry since 2006, both in Teen Challenge and local church settings. He is a 2006 graduate of Central Bible College and a 2017 graduate of Regent University with a Masters in Practical Theology. Additionally, he is currently pursuing a second Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the desire to become a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York. As a worship leader, speaker, mentor, leader, father, and husband, he values learning from mistakes and growing into a healthy individual spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically, and believes when someone does, God is able to use them anywhere to do anything. He is pictured to the left with his wife (of 10 years) Mary, and his 3 sons, Liam (4), Judson (2), and Micah (1).
